Katy is a very sweet girl, with a heartbreaking story. Katy lived with her mom and dad and sister. Her dad became very ill and passed away. Katy loved and missed her dad and took to spending all of her time with her mom, who was ill and bedridden. Then her mom passed away. But Katy was ok because she still had her sister who loved her very much. Sadness hit once again and her sister began to have health problems and had to move in with her son. Katy thought everything was going to be ok, but sadly the son said no, and that she couldn’t stay. So Katy has come to come to us in hopes of finding forever. She loves people, and she loves to play. She is sad right now but perks up for anyone willing to give her love. She is a cuddle bug and likes to snuggle in bed at night. She promises to be the best girl ever if someone would just love her. Katy is a very gentle girl.

Hello, my name is Molly and I’m a fuller figured 4-year-old lady. I came to the shelter cuz my mom got really sick and had to have these weird hoses go into her nose. The hoses were fun to bat around and chew on… Unfortunately, Mom kept getting sicker and I heard them say it was kinda my fault for playing with her hoses. I never meant to hurt my momma… It was super hard but she had to bring me here to the shelter to find a new home.

I’m Buster. I’m about 3 years old and it’s been a ruff 3 years. I used to live on a chain and the neighborhood kids would go by on their way to school and tease me every day. All I wanted to do was go for a walk with them and maybe sniff a bit. Ok, sniff a lot. I love to go where my nose takes me… I ended up at a kill shelter but the nice ladies came and brought me here. I like it here cuz there are no chains and people take me for walks all the time but my dream is to have a home all my own. Since I follow my nose everywhere, they say I need a fenced in yard. I’m ok with that cuz it would mean I would never be chained to a tree watching the world pass me by again…
