Hello, I’m Saturn. Have you found yourself wanting a middle aged (6 years old or so) gentleman? Want no more because here I am!! I’m a very well mannered gent who is also front declawed. I came to the shelter with sore on my eye but the staff here worked their veterinary magic and I’m good as new! So if you are looking for that purr-fect feline companion, swing by the shelter and fall in love.

All our cats are fixed, micro-chipped, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, treated for and on flea preventative, as well as tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus.

Dog of the Week

Cricket 1

Hello there, my name is Cricket. I’m nine years old but you’d never know it. My mommy got really sick and passed away a couple months ago so I came here. I’m a sweet girl once I warm up to you. Once I bond to you, I can be possessive so I’d be best as an only child. I was originally a rescue dog and I do have some separation anxiety. I love to play tug of war and chase tennis balls. I look kinda tiny in my picture but I’m quite tall in real life. You should stop by the shelter and maybe we could play or snuggle cuz I’m good at that too!

All of our dogs are fixed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, micro chipped, de-wormed, treated for fleas, heart worm tested and on a heart worm and flea preventative.

320 days…and counting…

I don’t get it…. Every dog I’ve met has come and gone but I’m still here. I’m a great gal. I just know what I want and it isn’t too outrageous. I want to be the only fur-baby but I love kids and am very gentle with even the smallest of them. I don’t want but need someone who is going to be an Alpha cuz I’m definitely a bully breed. Under strict supervision I could probably have play dates with dogs my own size but never anyone smaller. I know that I’m not perfect but who is?? I just don’t get it…

Meet Simba

Wow do I have a history, but lets get the important info out of the way. I need a fenced yard because I was probably chained up my whole life. I need a caring family that understands you must take your time to get to know me. I am unsure of small children. I have been through a lot and I am looking for a safe place where my next family is not going to throw me away, keep me outside and totally ignore me. I have a very soft side and I would love to show you if you have the time for me. I’ve come a long way since I was at animal control and am learning to like meeting new people.
